This place is pretty good. My favorite is the cheese enchiladas.

It's an institution in these parts. Not a real sit-down joint, but better than any fast food tacos you'll ever have.

Dustin Boswell: I swear it must be a front for a drug house - that place ALWAYS has a line, any time of day. 24 months ago
Dustin Boswell: It's also funny how there is just ONE register for the whole place. All the money goes through the head honcho... 24 months ago

Steve Gerding: Yeah, they're pretty good tacos, but the line can get ridiculous sometimes 24 months ago
Mariscos [+] — recommended by Dustin Boswell (24 months ago)
Lincoln Blvd. near Whole Foods
It's this no-seating place that has pretty cheap seafood (like fish tacos and cut-up squid/octopus/etc...). The place might seem a little "fishy", but I've been eating food from there for 20 years, and they're still in business...

Good lighting for dates ;) Good food. It looks like it is not open, but don't be fooled. I like the salsa.

The al pastor burrito is awesome. The best time to go is before noon or after 3 p.m. when the lunch crowd dies down. There's plenty of parking at Memorial Park.

El Cholo is always good. Their portions are huge, and their margaritas are delicious.

Delicious "gringo style" burritos. Unfortunately, it's in the valley.

If you ever feel like 24-hr mexican food in the ghetto, but in a sitdown restaurant and not a roach coach, this one is plenty good. Mark and some of our other friends have been taken here by me.
