This isn't in the south bay, but i took a dim sum cooking course here a few weeks ago and it was a lot of fun! The class was about 15 people and we were all able to try out some of the techniques that she taught. I am hoping to go back and try some more classes here.

Yep. And actually, I think they have a catering option where they bring all the stuff to your house, and will teach you and your guests to make Sushi.
